General Manager of Allgäuer Überlandwerk GmbH (AÜW)
Michael is responsible for about 300 employees and a yearly turnover of 250 million €.
The company supplies over 95.000 customers with electricity and services.
AÜW takes a share on considerable companies in the fields of energy and gas suppliers, telecommunication, graphical data processing and tourism.
During the last years AÜW gained several awards (e. g. Stadtwerke Award, TOP 100 of the most innovative german companies).
The company has four strategic goals:

Michael completed his diploma in business administration (Dipl.-Kfm.) at Freie Universität Berlin, married, two children. Before being at AÜW he was active as an executive consultant at Arthur Andersen and Haarmann Hemmelrath.
